Pilates mat class with small apparatus, foam rollers, magic ring and thera-bands. Release, restore, strengthen and lengthen your body. Balance training included. Learn how to integrate and strengthen your core with functional movements that will support your structure and improve your posture for daily living and in any activities.
Recommended Equipment for Pilates Classes:
- Yoga or Airex mat
- Magic Circle
- Foam Roller
- Stretch bands
- Small weights
